The United Portuguese S.E.S. is a non-profit association established to serve the Portuguese-American community. The UPSES Hall and Chapel were built in 1922 and have grown along with the Point Loma community. It is the home to San Diego's Portuguese social and civic organizations and clubs and hosts the Annual Festa do Espirito Santo, San Diego's oldest ethnic festival which in 2010 celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Located in scenic Point Loma and just minutes from Shelter Island, the UPSES Hall is a premier social and meeting site. We successfully combine Old World elegance and our tradition of hospitality with today's amenities to allow you to create an unforgettable event. Learn more about our facility.
